The McClary Mojito June 05 2017


-6-8 mint leaves
-1.5 oz white rum
-2 oz watermelon shrub
-1 oz simple syrup
-2 dashes of aromatic bitters
-2 oz champagne
Muddle mint in a shaker. Add ice and next 4 ingredients. Shake well, strain over ice. Top with champagne. Garnish with mint and watermelon. Enjoy!
