Blue Bayou June 22 2016

Microwave blueberries until they burst, about 45 seconds. Combine blueberries, whiskey, vinegar and simple syrup into a shaker full of ice. Stir well, add beer, stir gently, and pour over ice.


Rye + Apple + Rye April 12 2016

Combine all ingredients except bitters in a shaker full of ice. 
Shake well and strain into a rocks glass over ice. Top with bitters.

McClary's Mule December 16 2015

Shake vodka and drinking vinegar, strain over ice into a stainless steel-lined copper mug. Top with ginger beer

  • 2 oz New Holland Zeppelin Bend Whiskey
  • 0.75 oz McClary Bros. Michigan Basil Drinking Vinegar
  • 3 oz of ginger beer
Combine all ingredients in a Collins glass and stir gently. Garnish with a basil leaf.
