Bayou Mule October 15 2016

  • 1.5 oz Bayou Spiced Rum
  • .75 oz McClary Bros. Michigan Apple Pie Drinking Vinegar
  • 4 oz ginger beer
  • fresh ginger

Muddle a slice of ginger root in a shaker. Fill with ice, add rum and vinegar. Strain in a glass over ice. Top with ginger beer, stir gently. Garnish with a slice of ginger root.

Combine all in a glass over ice. Stir. Enjoy.


The Satsuma Splash August 26 2016

Combine liqueur and vinegar in a shaker full of ice. Shake well and strain into a glass over ice. Top with champagne.

Shake vodka and drinking vinegar, strain over ice into a stainless steel-lined copper mug. Top with ginger beer
