The McClary Mojito June 05 2017

-6-8 mint leaves
-1.5 oz white rum
-2 oz watermelon shrub
-1 oz simple syrup
-2 dashes of aromatic bitters
-2 oz champagne
Muddle mint in a shaker. Add ice and next 4 ingredients. Shake well, strain over ice. Top with champagne. Garnish with mint and watermelon. Enjoy!


Bayou Mule October 15 2016

  • 1.5 oz Bayou Spiced Rum
  • .75 oz McClary Bros. Michigan Apple Pie Drinking Vinegar
  • 4 oz ginger beer
  • fresh ginger

Muddle a slice of ginger root in a shaker. Fill with ice, add rum and vinegar. Strain in a glass over ice. Top with ginger beer, stir gently. Garnish with a slice of ginger root.

Combine all in a glass over ice. Stir. Enjoy.

The Satsuma Splash August 26 2016

Combine liqueur and vinegar in a shaker full of ice. Shake well and strain into a glass over ice. Top with champagne.

Shake vodka and drinking vinegar, strain over ice into a stainless steel-lined copper mug. Top with ginger beer

Old Fashioned Paw Paw Daiquiri December 07 2015

  • 2 oz Cruzan Single Barrel Aged Rum
  • 1 oz McClary Bros. Paw Paw Drinking Vinegar
  • 1 tsp. simple syrup

Combine sugar and drinking vinegar into a cocktail shaker.  Add ice and rum and shake well.  Pour into rocks glass over ice.
