The Bee's Knees August 24 2017

 

  • 2 oz gin
  • .75 oz McClary Bros. Lemon & Ginger Shrub
  • .75 oz honey simple syrup (one part honey, one part water)

Combine all ingredients in a shaker full of ice.
Shake well and strain into a coupe glass. 
Garnish with lemon if you so choose.

Muddle the cherries in a glass. Add remaining ingredients. Pour or strain over ice. Sip.

 


Lofty Ideas August 10 2016

  • 1.5oz gin
  • 2oz cucumber soda
  • .75 oz McClary Bros. Pineapple & Fennel Seed Drinking Vinegar
  • Dash of Peychaud's bitters


Combine in a glass, stir. Pour over ice, serve.


No Small Task August 10 2016


In a mixing glass or shaker, muddle 2-3 sweet cherries. Add all other ingredients,except bitters. Pour (or strain if you prefer no fruit chunks) over a glass of ice and top with bitters (bitters optional).

Is It Tea Your Looking For? January 12 2016

  • 6 oz. Bigelow Orange & Spice Tea (cooled)
  • 1 oz. McClary Bros. Lemon & Ginger Drinking Vinegar
  • 2 oz. Sparkling water
  • 6 drops cherry Bitters
  • 2 ea. Blackberries, raspberries
  • 1 ea. Strawberry
  • 1 ea. Lemongrass Stalk
  • 1 ea. Lime twist
Combine tea, vinegar, and fruit in glass and muddle well. Strain into highball glass over ice. Add bitters, and sparkling water and stir. Garnish with lemongrass, and lime twist expressed over drink. Enjoy!

Combine ingredients in 16 oz. pint glass filled halfway with ice, and stir. Top with sparkling water, and garnish with orange wheel standing vertically in glass flush against inner wall.

 Combine in a shaker with ice and chill thoroughly.  Strain over crushed ice and swizzle. Top with crushed ice, 4 - 6 drops of 'Elemakule Tiki bitters, a lemon twist, and a mint sprig.

  •  2 oz New Holland Barrel Aged Knickerbocker Gin
  • 1 oz McClary Bros. Lemon Ginger Drinking Vinegar
  • 0.25 oz lemon juice
  • 0.25 oz simple syrup
  • 2 drops Bittermens 'Elemakule Tiki bitters
  • 2 oz soda water
  • 4-6 dashes Peychauds bitters
  • Lemon twist
  • Mint sprig

 Combine all ingredients except soda and Peychauds in a shaker full of ice. Shake and strain over fresh ice in a Collins glass. Fill with soda and garnish with Peychauds bitters, lemon, and mint.
