Bayou Mule October 15 2016

  • 1.5 oz Bayou Spiced Rum
  • .75 oz McClary Bros. Michigan Apple Pie Drinking Vinegar
  • 4 oz ginger beer
  • fresh ginger

Muddle a slice of ginger root in a shaker. Fill with ice, add rum and vinegar. Strain in a glass over ice. Top with ginger beer, stir gently. Garnish with a slice of ginger root.

Hot Apple Shrub Cider December 01 2015

This amazing hot shrub cider will keep you warm on the coldest of nights.

 

Pour vinegar, cider, water, & ginger beer into a toddy glass. Stir. Lightly grate fresh nutmeg on top. Garnish with a small orange wedge. Serve.

Add all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker of ice. Shake. Strain into a Coupe glass.

Add bitters on top as a garnish. Top off with ginger beer. Garnish with a shaved carrot

  • 0.75 oz McClary Bros. Michigan Basil Drinking Vinegar
  • 3 oz of ginger beer
Combine all ingredients in a Collins glass and stir gently. Garnish with a basil leaf.
