- 1.5 oz Bayou Spiced Rum
- .75 oz McClary Bros. Michigan Apple Pie Drinking Vinegar
- 4 oz ginger beer
- fresh ginger
Muddle a slice of ginger root in a shaker. Fill with ice, add rum and vinegar. Strain in a glass over ice. Top with ginger beer, stir gently. Garnish with a slice of ginger root.
